Having worked in healthcare for over 25 years, she has observed first hand the importance of massage and Therapeutic Touch in promoting health and wellness. Arianna first discovered her love for massage when she injured her forearm rock climbing and she became fascinated with how the healing body works. She went through an advanced Massage Therapy program and is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. She then went on to work along side several acupuncturist that would help further her practice in understanding preventive care, healing injuries and calming the mind. Her strengths are in identifying and following pain patterns to better treat healing, hurting or tight tissue. She believes a mix of relaxation, specific trigger point release, along with stretching and range of motion make for the perfect healing tool. Drew's interest in massage began in Southeast Asia, where he was exposed to an age-old tradition of touch therapy. After receiving traditional Thai Massage certification from the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand, he returned to Seattle to further his training as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since being accredited in the USA with Swedish, deep tissue and sport therapy massage he returned to Thailand to acquire certification in advanced Thai massage techniques. He is ecstatic to share with others this eastern form and philosophy of massage. Kate started her journey with yoga over 9 years ago, when her practice quickly turned into a passion she decided to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Gary Olson in 2017. She's has always been passionate about health and fitness and is a licensed massage therapist, certified craniosacral therapist, certified holistic health and nutrition coach and a certified hypnotherapist. Her extensive background in anatomy and kinesiology brings muscle awareness to her yoga class to show her students proper alignment to help prevent injury. Her classes are designed to challenge, strengthen and encourage each students’ personal best, leaving them strong, empowered, and feeling open and connected both in mind and body on and off the mat. Melissa is originally from Seattle but grew up in San Diego. After moving back to Seattle in 2011, she trained and is certified in Pilates. She began to learn more about nutrition and energy work, feeling the amazing impact of each on her health and was inspired to look into school. After certifying with the Nutritional Therapy Association, she then became a Reiki Master. Both were truly life changing experiences! Melissa believe's in a bio-individual approach to nutrition, helping clients reach their goals with holistic food and supplementation. This passion extends off the mat as she pursues formal studies in herbal and natural medicine. Her yoga journey began in a Bikram yoga studio in 2013. She received her 200 Hour Certification through Annie Carpenter's SmartFLOW Yoga Teacher Training in October 2015. She now brings yoga to the whole family since completing Next Generation Yoga Teacher Training for ages 2-13 in spring 2016. Formally trained in Viniyoga, a form of Alliance Accredited 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Cheryl also leads Yoga Nidra Sound Baths as a way to help guide her students into a state of deep relaxation, mind-body connection and peaceful tranquility. As a practicing Astrologer, she uses a method called "Astro-Psychology", which is a synthesis of Astrology and Psychology, providing a powerful tool for self-understanding and psychological and spiritual growth. Thang strongly believes the yoga practice is incomplete without the mindfulness practice, “yoga without mindfulness is just another physical exercise”. He incorporates mindfulness practice in his yoga classes and trains new teachers to incorporate mindfulness into their practice and teaching. Thang teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin yoga, Yogasport, and Myofascial Release with yoga balls; he is also involved with yoga teacher training at various studios. There are several core principles in his class: “There are no static postures”, “breathe with the entire body”, “the breath guides you in and out of the postures”, “students should flow with their breath and not with the class”, “practice without violence”, “practice without desire”, “all that exists based on conditions are impermanent”, “let go!”. |

Anne began her career in health and healing in 2012 after completing her first teacher training with Danielle Zissou of Open UP! Yoga and began teaching and managing at multiple studios in the South Sound area. She became a Reiki Master in 2016 and graduated from Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts as a massage therapist in 2017. She teaches both heated and non-heated yoga and kids yoga is a particular passion of hers. Currently she is completing her 500 Hour Teacher Training with Three Trees Yoga. Anne's teaching philosophy is rooted in a compassionate and intuitive exploration of one's own body, while present with the fundamentals of alignment and breath. |
