A lovely experience! I recently had major open surgery and Natalie's massage and therapeutic touch made me feel so renewed! I had been very tense and my back had been hurting as a result of the incisions and nerve damage but I felt so much better immediately after. I look forward to doing it again!

Spa EIR has amazing services! Manicure and Pedicure amazing! Yoga so relaxing, but great workout! It has a wonderful energy! Natalie the owner has done an amazing job creating a SPA and wellness center!!

When I first came in, the owner was super funny, genuine and helpful for what I was looking for!
The woman who did my facial made me feel really relaxed and welcomed!

I love this spa, the location is beautiful, wonderful and easy to find, with ample parking. From the moment you walk in you feel as if you're in a space with good, positive energy where the people are warm and kind. The owner is a lovely woman (gotta support my local female business owners)-very welcoming. 

I followed my beloved massage therapist/acupuncturist Tara from Bellevue to here (I live in Mountlake Terrace, so you know she's worth it!) and she is the best of the best! She is very intuitive on top of a great listener which makes her amazing at treating the body with exactly what it needs on any given day. 

Tara is absolutely a gem, the real deal healer with mad skills and knowledge. Highly recommend. This spa has it all- they even do weekly meditations and classes, and special events to further the feeling good vibes all the time.
Also they carry Naturopathica (sp?) which is not to be missed out on.

This spa has been completely remodeled by the new owner and it looks beautiful! Everything is completely different, so if you haven't checked it out lately please do.

I had been suffering from a cold for two weeks and thought their Detox Massage might help, since it mentioned that it works on congestion. But I didn't expect such great results! Natalie is a miracle worker. The massage itself was very tranquil and the essential oils loosened up my congestion right away. It was worth it just for the relaxation while I wasn't feeling well.

But when I woke up the next day I felt SO much better I couldn't believe it! I had also done Pilates the morning of my massage and I'm usually really sore the next day, but no Pilates soreness either. 

Give Spa Eir a chance. Everyone is very nice and friendly, and the treatments really do work. Natalie is a gem!
